The story of our cookies could be the story of Rubik’s! With high expectations, as always, we tried to match the taste of Ben’s and Emilie’s cookies, but by making them with healthy ingredients and fewer calories. Impossible, some might say? It took us some time, but we did it! Maybe the first cookies we sold in 2018 weren’t as delicious, but year after year, we can responsibly say we’ve reached where we wanted to be!
